PROGRAM: The Boys Tennis program at Kennedy Catholic offers varsity and junior varsity level competition. Tennis will be a cut sport this year.
Practices and matches occur off campus. Our home courts for matches and practices are at Steve Cox Memorial Park (1321 SW 102nd Street, Seattle). We compete in the North Puget Sound League (NPSL) at the 4A level.
TRYOUTS: Tryouts will take place at Steve Cox Memorial Park from 3:00-5:00 on Monday, August 24th and Tuesday, August 25th. Rosters should be finalized after 5:00 on Wednesday, August 26.
PRACTICE: Practices will take place at Steve Cox Memorial Park from 3:00-5:00 on days without scheduled matches. Practice days will typically be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Athlete are allowed to take the West Seattle Route bus to practice. Please note – there will not be a bus back to school after practice. Parents are expected to pick their athletes up at Steve Cox Memorial.
COMPETITIONS: Home matches will take place at Steve Cox Memorial Park (1321 SW 102nd Street, Seattle). Away matches will take place at each respective school. See schedule below.

STAY IN THE LOOP: Coach Kronthal will use ParentSquare to communicate to the team. Information on how to join will be shared after the roster is determined.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Athletes should bring an adequate water bottle as well as athletic practice attire, which includes court-specific shoes. Coach Kronthal highly encourages the use of court-specific shoes to prevent injuries.
