PROGRAM: The Cross Country program at Kennedy Catholic offers varsity and junior varsity level competition. A number of cross country meets and practices occur off campus. We compete in the North Puget Sound League (NPSL) at the 4A level.
REGISTRATION: Registration for summer and fall Boys Cross Country will open May 1, 2026 through Arbiter on the school website. Interested student-athletes must be registered online and have a current sports physical on file in order to participate on the first day.
TRYOUTS: There will be no cuts/tryouts this year. All are welcome! in order to join the team on community runs, athletes must first complete 10 laps on the track in under 25 minutes. New athletes will not be accepted after Monday, September 7th.
PRACTICES: Practices will be Monday-Friday from 3:00- 5:00ish pm. Meet in right field on Kennedy’s baseball field. Special practices may be announced on Saturdays.
COMPETITIONS: Home meets will be held at North SeaTac Park (Corner of Des Moines Memorial Drive South & S 128th Street in SeaTac).
