PROGRAM: The Kennedy Catholic Lancer Boys Golf program offers Varsity and Junior Varsity level competition and is a cut sport. Matches and practices occur off campus at Glen Acres Golf and Country Club (1000 S 112th Street Seattle 98168.) We compete in the North Puget Sound League (NPSL) at the 4A level.

TRYOUTS: Evaluations & Try-Outs will be on August 25th and 26th at Glen Acres from 3:15-5:15 pm both days.  Players should arrive in golf attire (collared shirt, no denim) and prepared to play 9-Holes from the course Red tee markers.

The roster of 12 players (6 Varsity and 6 JV) will be announced via the Remind App on Wednesday morning, Aug. 27th.

PRACTICES: Practices are predominately on Mondays and Fridays from 3:15-5:00 pm at Glen Acres.

MATCHES: 9-Hole matches will be predominately on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:00 starting September 9th at until completion.
Â
A season-ending Varsity two-day qualifying tournament will be on October 13th and 14th at the Gold Mountain Golf Complex in Bremerton.

COACHING STAFF: Dan Harrington, PGA is in his 5th season in this role and 16th season overall as a high school golf coach.

RÂ – Relax and Realize that golf is a difficult sport and it takes dedication and openness to learn new ways to improve.

The Lancer Boys Golf Team is a competitive sport that benefits from some prior experience. All boys are welcome and encouraged to tryout.
